In this talk with the crew from Smells Like Human Spirit, Guy, Jamez and Tom Secker outline the essence of the concept of predictive programming and specifically looked at how it influenced people’s responses to the 7/7 bombings.

They also talk about the film Zero Dark Thirty, including Tom’s review of the film and his analysis of what it failed to mention. As the conversation progressed, they critically examine some of the main tenets of the predictive programming concept, discuss Tom’s recent article for, and take a look at the reasons why we have seen a rise in the ‘morally ambiguous protagonist’ in popular culture.
